Biographie Stephanie Kuth
Consulting Experience
Having spent three years of her life in an intercultural experiential learning program Stephanie understands the differences of cultures at a deep level and brings this experience with her when working with clients from different countries. Throughout her career as an employee she has worked with several large multinationals responsible for the Learning and Development activities across the EMEA Region.

She has also worked on projects as interim HR manager, putting in place the HR structure for a start up company, including payroll, policies and procedures, the design and implementation of a Performance Management system, as well as a succession management system. She also played a key role in the change management efforts around the implementation of a CRM tool.
As an independent HR Consultant Stephanie has worked with several SMEs and large multinationals. Projects included the design and implementation of Leadership programs for Middle and Senior Managers based on the Hogan Assessment. She stands out for her practical approach when facilitating programs and working with managers on their personal development.  She has conducted numerous 360 feedbacks with mostly Senior Managers.
Amongst her customers you can find companies such as: First Data International, Western Union , ECCO, Clearwire Ingram Micro and and Thomas & Betts.

Graduated as a Physical Therapist, she followed a multicultural experiential learning program.  Stephanie is certified in development instruments such as MBTI, Hogan Assessment, 360 feedback.
